The ninth issue of this mini comix series has the honor of presenting the third chapter of Jerry Goebert's Quark saga. The first 2 chapters were illustrated by Brad W. Foster with the second chapter being published by Clay Geerdes as part of his Comix World series of mini comix. Now, after almost 30 years the third of 4 parts finally reaches the light of day! The Quark storyline explores the origin of Jerry Goebert's classic non hero, Major Mishap. Major Mishap appeared in many newave comics published by Jerry under his Blue Moon Productions header and they featured some of the best artists of the time, including Tom Brinkmann, Jim Ryan, Alex Tamsula, Ben Adams and more! In fact, many of the Major's comics are listed in the revered The Official Underground and Newave Comix Price Guide by Jay Kennedy.
